•Screening – Once our seasoned recruiters
identify & source a potential applicant, we
engage into a thorough evaluation based on situational judgement to check the
organization’s cultural fitment.
•Duplicity check – Once all prospect resume & candidature gets uploaded in our database, the KAM does profile duplication check with client SPOC to upload the resumes.
•Profile sharing – Finally when the profile uploading is done, the same data gets shared with our client SPOC in a “candidate docket file” which captures necessary applicant details
in an excel format along with the resume for
further shortlisting.
Coordination – we will be in continuous liaison
with the applicant & client coordinates for
minimal escalations till the candidate is offered.
