Key Account Manager (KAM)

JD creation - Once the exact need in terms of knowledge, skills & experience is captured, we prepare a comprehensive job description (JD) that can help a candidate to have a better understanding of what a potential employee must have to meet the demands of the role. It enables us with better employer branding for appropriate applicant.

Screening – Once our seasoned recruiters identify & source a potential applicant, we engage into a thorough evaluation based on situational judgement to check the organization’s cultural fitment.

Duplicity check – Once all prospect resume & candidature gets uploaded in our database, the KAM does profile duplication check with client SPOC to upload the resumes.

Profile sharing – Finally when the profile uploading is done, the same data gets shared with our client SPOC in a “candidate docket file” which captures necessary applicant details in an excel format along with the resume for further shortlisting.

Coordination – we will be in continuous liaison with the applicant & client coordinates for minimal escalations till the candidate is offered.

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Coordination – On receiving the requisite & job description (JD), the HRBP circulates the same among the recruiters, freelance partners and associated agencies for sourcing. Also maintains a work synergy with the KAM / participants while the interview process continues.

Sourcing – While our seasoned recruiters extensively work on various job portals & headhunting activities, the HRBP simultaneously starts digital branding through mass mailer, job posts, social media engagements, networking, SMS blasts, ATS, semantic search & more as an alternative approach to minimize the possible profile duplicity with maximum accuracy.

Screening – While the sourcing continues the HRBP simultaneously conducts thorough evaluation based as per hiring mandates.
